After this I went on several small diets and lost a few pounds but nothing major. So after being so disgusted with myself while watching an infomercial on T.V. I decided to purchase Jillian Michael's Total Body Revolution. A 90 day program for 30 minutes a day. Here are my stats from those 90 days.

At this point I started by the work. Since I am a teacher, the start of the school year is very stressful. To be honest I am actually posting this in November. So that just goes to show you that I hit the ground running in August with work, football for my son and cheerleading and dance for my daughter, and I am just now able to stop and breathe for a minute since it is almost Thanksgiving. I have been tracking my weight which I will record below but I have not completed any exercise activities and have not been watching my diet as I should have been.

Weight 162.2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTHeck happened! That is almost 10lbs in a little over a month! I am absolutely miserable! I hope that I can find that spark back that I had last spring so that I can lose this weight all over again! Grrr...I am so disappointed in myself! :(
