Catch Up on Weigh-In Wednesday....

Just a reminder that I weigh-in on Saturday's and I am one Weigh-In Wednesday Link Up behind and since it is almost Wednesday again, I am going to go ahead and post my weigh-in for last Saturday too!  (confusing??? sorry)  Anyway I seem to have hit some type of plateau.  Saturday June 29th I was up .9 pounds (I think I owe some of this to TOM)  and this past Saturday, July 6th I was up .6 more pounds.  So that is a total of  1.5 pounds :(. This is the same 1.5 pounds up or down for 3 or 4 weeks now.

 I had no activity for a month exactly as of July 1st so I decided to start back with the 30 day shred and I decided to not use as many bonus points as usual and I try not to ever use my activity points.  It just hasn't worked yet.  I was soooo mad at myself on Saturday morning that I decided to put myself into over drive.  I did level 2 of 30 Day Shred and KILLER Buns and Thighs Level 2.  Let's just say that the title of Jillian's DVD is not wrong or exaggerating! lol  My thighs and buns are still hurting.  Like I couldn't hardly walk yesterday.  I did go to the gym and got in some cardio for an hour which I was hoping would help with the soreness but I think I made it worse.  I am hoping that tomorrow I won't be as sore and plan on going to my first spinning class in like three years.  We shall see.  I am also starting to feel like the 30 Day Shred is just not what I need since I completed Body Revolution which had a lot of the same moves just at a much faster pace.  I think I will do the Extreme Shred and Shed next.  I only have 12 days until I go to the beach and I must kick it into my highest gear if I want to get over this plateau by then. 

Anyone have any other ideas of what I could do to help me get over this plateau and back in the losing weight game?
