Results for last week:
My weigh-in day is Saturday so here is the result from that. I am down 1.4 lbs. That makes for a total of 8.2 lbs since starting Body Revolution and a total of 12.2 lbs from my highest weight. Yay! I will take it! I am down 2 more inches in my waist, hips, and belly button and 4.5 inches in my legs, arms, and bust. So this makes me happy!
This week I was supposed to be doing workouts 11 and 12 and finish on Saturday, but it may be Sunday since I have been a little stressed out this week with work. I have been watching my eating though. I am not over on my bonus points on Weight watchers for the week so that is a plus as well.
Hopefully I will be able to post more often this next week after all of the stress is gone. See you then!

Weigh-In Wednesday
It's Wednesday! I have already posted my results on Saturday but I will summarize again. I am down 1.2 lbs this week. So I am happy about that. If you would like specific details please see previous post. This week is going good so far. I still haven't used all of my WW bonus points and have used no activity points. Body Revolution WO's 11 and 12 are done for Monday and Tuesday. Now to do them again on Thursday and Friday. They seem to be getting a little easier or manageable I guess I should say. Hope to report back on Saturday! Until then good luck and remember to stay determined!

Week 11 Review and Results
Well, Week 11 is in the history books and man are my quads sore! Seriously they have hurt all week. Tomorrow starts Week 12 of the Jillian Michael's 90 day Total Body Revolution. I am set to finish on Saturday, June 1st! I cannot believe that I have actually stuck with a program and did it to fidelity for this long. I can honestly say that I could not have done it without the support and motivation from people on My Fitness Pal and without being able to read other people's blogs that let me know that I am not the only one on a weightloss journey and that we all struggle but that just makes us human. I have started sooooo many exercise programs in the past but this one just seems to be something that I can handle. Don't get me wrong it will kick your butt up one side and down the other and there will be days that you keep asking yourself why am I putting myself through this. But, I think I can push through because I know it is just 30 minutes and I just need to focus on one circuit at a time which makes the time go by so much faster. The biggest factor that makes it doable for me is that you only do a set of workouts for two weeks and then you move on to another set for another two weeks and so on and so forth. (Except for WO 11 and 12 which you do for three weeks to make it a 90 day progam.) I think I have a very short attention span especially while working out so not doing the same workout over and over really helps me in this area. I really just want to hit it hard and get it done as quickly as possible and this program does exactly that! I am not trying to promote this program in anyway as I am not getting paid to do so, but it worked for this old gal who eleven weeks ago just was not that into working out at all!
Week 11 Results:
I just can't wait until Wednesday's to post so I will still link up to Weigh In Wednesday's but since I don't really post that much through the week this post should be found quickly with all of my results on it.
The Weekend:
My baby girl had her first dance recital this weekend so we were busy, busy yesterday. I am going to post some pics below. Please excuse my sons lack of smiling at times but it is all he can do to sit through what he calls the most boring thing ever.....the dance recital! lol, She had a great time and is already excited about next years dance classes starting. I, however am glad for a little break though.
Week 11 Results:

- Weightloss: I lost 1.2 pounds this week which is an improvement from last week. I really should have went back to Weight Watchers on March 4th when I started the Body Revolution Program and I could weigh a lot less right now. I was trying not to spend any money and just use MFP but I think I was just not paying close enough attention to where my calories were coming from. And like I have said before, WW just makes it so easy and calculates all of that for me. You just have to do what works for you. Anyway that is a total of 5.2 lbs in 4 weeks with Weight Watchers and a total of 6.8 lbs sinch starting Body Revolution and a total of 10.8 lbs from my highest weight!
- Measurements: I have lost 3/4 inches in my hips, belly button, and waist this week and a total of 1.75 inches in all areas including hips, belly button and waist this week. This makes for a total of 19.75 inches lost so far!!!!
- Non-Scale Victory: I was a size 14 when I started this journey and a couple of weeks ago I was able to get back into a size 12. Well today my aunt had a dress that was too short on her that she had just bought. She asked me if I would like to try it on before she took it back. She said it was a size 10 and immediately I thought.....oh no there is not way I can wear a size 10. But I decided to try it on anyway. YES that is right, I not only got it on but it zipped all the way up too! Yay! I feel like wearing it everyday with the tag sticking out the back! Ha, ha! No just kidding but I do feel really good about that! It has been a looooong time since I have seen a size 10!

My Progress with last weeks goals....
1. Staying away from my activity points! I am happy to report that I did not use a single one. It was hard but I did it!
2. Stop drinking sweet tea (My drug of choice!) and drink more water. Well I did drink less sweet tea. I had a glass on Tuesday and Thursday! So still need for improvement here. I did however drink water every day last week just need to drink lots more.
3. Workout Every Day. I did get all of my workouts in this past week but I can't say that I worked out everyday. I had to double up on some again.
4. Do not beat myself up for little mistakes. I tried not to but still need to keep working on this one too!
Goals for this week....
1. Continue to stay away from activity points!
2. Work harder on NOT drinking sweet tea and increase my water intake even more.
3. Get all of my workouts in.
4. Continue working on not beating myself up for mistakes I make during the week. One mistake does not need to define my whole day or week!
That is all for today! I hope everyone has a great week and remember to stay determined!

Weigh in Wednesday
Hello Everyone! Today I am linking up with Erin and Alex's Weigh in Wednesday. So I didn't have a very great weigh in. I only lost .2 lbs this past week. I weigh in on Saturdays b/c that is the beginning of my Weight Watchers week. So now I am down 9.6 lbs. As far as inches go I have lost another 1.75 inches last week total. That means I have lost 18 inches since March 4th when I started Body Revolution. So I will take that! I am trying to do better this week with my points. I am doing my best not to use any of my activity points and so far so good. I only have to make it until Saturday!
I did Workouts 11 and 12 today in Body Resolution which I am proud of myself for doing at all. I wasn't able to workout Monday or Tuesday and I almost talked myself into skipping the whole darn week but I didn't. I put on my big girl panties and got it all done today! Now I plan to do workout 11 and Cardio 3 tomorrow and WO 12 Friday and maybe throw in another cardio 3 on Friday might before the weigh in on Saturday morning. These workouts definitely took it a few notches and let me just say that's have either been able to do or modify all exercises up until those wheelbarrow push-ups! OMGosh!!!! I did give it a try though. I knew I would never be able to do the push up part so i tried just holding the wheelbarrow part but I couldn't get my fat butt off the floor. It really was sad, but I just can't do them!!! Lol
I will report back soon until then stay determined!!!! We can do this little by little!

Week 10 Review
Happy Mother's Day to all of you living here in the U.S.!
Sorry I haven't posted at all this week. I had yet another busy week. It seems like that as the school year is coming to a close, the more busy I get. I had some struggles this week, not physically but mentally. It was like I was doing battle with my mind all the time to eat right, hold myself accountable for what I was eating, and even to workout. I just had to keep asking myself how bad I wanted that scale to move this week and how bad did I want to be healthy. I did end up doing all of my workouts this week and felt better about each one except for the rock and roll squats. I am so glad no one can see me do those for I am able to get down but getting back up well....that is another story and a funny one at that! Bahaahaha! As far as my eating goes, it was Teacher Appreciation week and our wonderful PTO always bring us yummy food each day to celebrate. I tried to be good and have enough will power to resist, but again by Wednesday ALL of my bonus points were gone and I had to start digging into my activity points. I HATE doing that!!! I must do better with this part of my Weight Watchers diet! I just don't seem to have a lot of will power when it comes to chocolate brownies especially with school testing coming up.
I am still weighing on Saturday b/c that day just works better for me to start my Weight Watchers Week on. Although i have thought about making my weigh in day on Friday and changing my start day. (I will just have to play that one by ear and see what happens.) As for now I will continue to weigh in on Saturday's but I will now use those results and post them on Wednesday since I am linked up with Weigh In Wednesday instead of positing on Saturdays.
Tomorrow I start week 11 of Total Body Revolution. Wow, I can't believe that I have made it this far. I am very fearful of what these last two workouts have in store for me. Workouts 11 and 12 I am sure will kick it up a few steps since they are the last ones. I am pondering what to do after Body Revolution and I think that since I will be out of work for the summer and will have more time to devote to my exercise, that I will start INSANITY again. I did it last summer for 45 days and I can't say that I enjoyed it, but it did help me to feel stronger, more healthy, and I did lose some weight. (But I allowed myself to gain it all back.) I just don't have time during the school year with my son's karate classes and my daughters dance classes and school meetings to do a 45 or 60 minute workout each day. So unless I change my mind that is what I plan on doing. I may also take some classes at my local Wellness Center that I also do not have time to take during the school year. I don't know what all I will do, but I know that I must not stop since I have come this far.
GOALS FOR THIS WEEK:
1.) Stay away from my activity points. (Although I am not off to a great start with today being Mother's Day, I have not been eating good yesterday or today.)
2.) STOP drinking sweet tea (My drug of choice. Haha) and focus on WATER, WATER, WATER!!!
3.) Workout every day.
4.) Do not beat myself up for little mistakes. Just resolve to do better!
I leave you with this motivational poster! I need to adopt this outlook on weightloss. I need to realize that I am not always going to have the big losses each week, but as long as the scale is moving in the right direction eventually I will be where I want to be!
This is a pic of me and my kiddos today after our Mother's Day Church Service.

Week 9 Review
Hi Everyone I am back! Busy, but successful week.
Well this week I tackled Workouts 9 and 10. Just a word to the wise, purchase some wrist wraps for WO 9 b/c those plank moves (there are a lot of them) are very hard on the wrists. Other than that not too bad. Workout 10 is not too bad either but I felt that I got more of a workout in WO 10. Maybe b/c I felt like I could complete the moves better. In both workouts there are moves that I am soooo very glad that no one can see me attempt. I swear if I had it on video I could probably send it into Americas Funniest Videos and win some big money! haha!
Now in Cardio 3 I am sure that Jillian was trying to kill me and I am pretty sure that I yelled that at her several times in between gasping for air during the workout! She is NOT fooling around in that one! I thought I was going to have to mop the living room floor I was sweating so bad! Now that is what I call a workout!!! I really liked it though. I just could not for the life of me get into Cardio 2 during Phase 2. Not sure why.
I am down 1.8 pounds this week!!!! YAY!! That makes a total of 6.4 pounds so far just while doing Body Revolution and Weight Watchers. I have lost a total of 10 pounds since I was at my heaviest a while back. I lost some, gained it back, lost some, and gained it back again! I think I am on the right track now. This may not seem like a lot of weight to some, but after weeks of not seeing that scale move on Body Revolution I am happy! (I have lost lots of inches but little weight until 2 weeks ago when I started Weight Watchers.)
I was worried that I wouldn't do too well this week on the scale b/c I used all of my daily points, bonus points, and activity points and actually went over 4 points beyond that. I know, I know I should have done better. My husband brought home a doughnut on Monday and well, I have absolutely no will power over a chocolate iced glazed doughnut so I ate it! Which took like 7 of my few bonus points that I had left. (I was a bad girl last weekend.) So I had no bonus points by Tuesday afternoon so I dipped into my activity points and ended up using all of those which I don't even like to use at all. I must do better this week.
I am down another 1/2 an inch in my hips, belly button and waist. For a total of 14 inches off of those areas and I have lost a total of 16.25 inches total counting my hips, belly button, waist, arms, legs, and bust! So I am very happy with this progress!
I have found some motivation posters that I thought would be appropriate for gearing up for a new week of Body Revolution and Weight Watchers!

This one I need to work on so I do not eat all of my bonus points before the week gets up and going!
I am determined to succeed! Are you???? We can and WILL do this! (I know, I know it's easy to say on a Saturday night before bed. It will be much harder to say after work next week! haha! But I will fight my mental battle and I WILL do my workouts each day whether I like it or not!)
I saved the best one for last. I love this quote! Nothing is impossible it just takes remembering that the me that I want to be is possible, I just have to work for it! Same thing goes for you too! Week 10 starts Monday! Good luck this week and remember to stay determined! :)
